These livestreams and recorded videos were all produced by Kerry Shearer, assigned to the PIO team at the City of Santa Rosa, CA Emergency Operations Center during the historic Northern California wildfires in October, 2017. Kerry’s job was to take as much content as possible and turn it into either a livestream or recorded video as quickly as possible. These examples are all on the City of Santa Rosa’s Facebook Page.
