Livestreaming in San Bernardino County's Blue Cut Fire

San Bernardino County's Blue Cut fire began August 16, 2016 and exploded overnight to more than 30,000 acres, sent a pall of smoke high over the Cajon Pass and forced thousands to evacuate as winds whipped the flames and burned scores of homes and outbuildings.

The San Bernardino County Fire Department Public Information Officer used Periscope to bring viewers up to the edge of the flames.
